Food, Kitchen, Family Time  . . .  these words bring so much warmth and love to mind. My mother was from a large Italian family and everything revolved around food and family gatherings.


One day, while at a family function, I realized that someone should start a collection of family recipes. My cousin agreed and together we started with our mother's recipes and went on to collect something from each family member.


Rossipes was the result - and it is more than a cookbook. It's full of photos, historical documents, and even images of the original handwritten recipe.  A true treasure for future generations.

I will share recipes from the book along with other food-related and entertaining items.
